Barely had Dan Kruger recovered from a fall in April
from his Kawasaki ZX10 than he gave again a fine
performance at the second round of the Pan Delta
Festival, on 16 and 17 June in Zhuhai. Rain disturbed
the trials but team Kawasaki supported by Motul clinched
4th time. Thanks to the right choice of tyres in
race one, the rainy weather having progressively become
dry, Dan Kruger took the lead. He exchanged
this lead position several times with the Yamaha factory
rider who won the race with a tiny lead of 0.032
seconds! In race two, a mistake in the tyre choice
prevented Dan from keeping first place which he had
been holding since the start, but he nevertheless managed
to bag a fine second place. The next championship
event will take place on 14-16 September at
the same circuit.
